Mentorship…

Yoga is a lifelong journey of learning, unlearning, and deepening awareness. While teacher trainings provide a strong foundation, the path of teaching yoga truly unfolds through experience, reflection, and ongoing support. This is where mentorship becomes invaluable.

Mentorship offers a space for yoga teachers to grow beyond technique—to refine their voice, build confidence, and navigate the real-world challenges of teaching. It bridges the gap between certification and embodied wisdom, helping teachers stay aligned with both their personal practice and their role as guides for others.

 

In a practice rooted in connection, mentorship ensures that teachers themselves feel supported, inspired, and continually evolving.

Mentorship is offered through studio-based programs at Form + Flow Yoga and The Yoga Room, or independently as a more personalized and curated course of study. You can get in touch below to explore the next steps.

Teacher Training…

A brand new 200hr Yoga Alliance accredited program is currently underway at the beautiful Form+Flow studios in Long Island City, NY. For information about the program for 2027, please reach out.

 

The 200-hour teacher training marks an important initiation into the study of yoga. It is a time of immersion—where practice deepens, understanding expands, and a more intimate relationship with the self begins to unfold. Beyond learning how to teach, it invites a shift in perspective: from doing to sensing, from performing to listening. While it lays a strong and necessary foundation, it is only the beginning. The path that follows asks for integration, guidance, and continued exploration as the teachings become lived and embodied over time. Victoria is the creative director and lead training of the program which is a culmination of years of experience as a teacher trainer. ​​

Private Work…

Private yoga sessions offer personalized guidance tailored to your body, goals, and experience level. They can support everything from building confidence in foundational postures to refining technique, recovering from injury, or deepening a meditation practice. With focused attention and thoughtful sequencing, each session is designed to meet you where you are and help you progress in a way that feels clear and supported.

Weekend Retreat Planning…

Holding a retreat is both an offering and a responsibility, inviting you to step into the role of space-holder and guide. It begins with clarity—understanding who you are creating the experience for, and what they are truly seeking. From there, a thoughtful theme can emerge, bringing cohesion and depth to the weekend.

A well-balanced schedule is key. Creating a rhythm between practice, rest, and reflection allows the experience to feel supportive rather than overwhelming. At the same time, practical elements such as pricing and clear objectives help anchor the retreat and ensure it is both sustainable and purposeful.

 

With care and intention, a retreat becomes more than a series of sessions—it becomes a meaningful and memorable experience for all involved.
